Find out what's actually
limiting your golf.

Coil uses your phone's camera to measure how your body really moves, names the specific restriction holding your swing back, and builds the program that fixes it.

Every other golf fitness app is a video library.

You download it, you browse workouts, and you guess which ones apply to you. None of them have ever measured your body. So the 22-handicap whose hips lock up after nine holes and the scratch player chasing five more mph get handed the same stretching routine.

Coil starts by measuring.

How it works

  1. 01

Prop your phone up. Ten minutes.

Seven guided movements. Your phone's camera tracks 17 points on your body in three dimensions — no wearables, no extra hardware, and the video never leaves your phone.

  2. 02

    Get your actual limiters.

Not a score out of a hundred. The specific restriction that's costing you, and what it does to your swing — “your lead hip turns noticeably less than your trail hip, which is why you slide instead of rotating.”

  3. 03

Train the fix. Watch it move.

A program built around your limiters, at a level that matches what your body can currently handle. Re-measure monthly and watch the gap close.

What we measure

Trunk rotation

How far your shoulders turn against your hips — the coil that makes a backswing possible.

Hip rotation

Measured on each hip separately. A restricted lead hip is the most common cause of early extension.

Single-leg stability

How much you sway on each leg. This is your weight transfer, measured.

Overhead mobility

Whether your shoulders can get where the top of your backswing needs them to be.

Hip hinge

Whether you bend from the hips or the low back — the difference behind losing your posture.

Lower-body power

The single biggest physical lever on clubhead speed. Optional, and never required.

Every measurement is read left against right, and against your own baseline over time — the comparisons a camera can make reliably. We'll always tell you what we measured and how sure we are.

Three tracks. You get placed, not asked.

Fairway

Stiff, sore, or coming back to the game

Mobility first. Built to get you through eighteen holes without seizing up.

Tempo

Actively trying to get better

Consistency, strength and speed — for golfers who already take lessons.

GroundForce

Training like an athlete

Rotational power and ground force. Periodized around your golf calendar.
